We are so excited to announce a new format for our End of Season Banquet that will be held on Wednesday, August 26th from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at
BOB’S GOLF (follow the link for directions)!
Cost is $30 per person, and we cannot wait to spend a fantastic evening of food and fun with all of you!
Here’s what the evening celebration has in store for us:
- Food:
- Catered Taco Buffet
- Water provided
- Open Bar – drinks available for individual purchase
- Fun:
- All Golf Simulators available for open play free of charge
- Pinball, Darts and Pool – available for purchase (quarters available at venue)
- Contests:
- Longest Drive on Golf Simulator (1 trial per person)
- Closest to the Pin on Golf Simulator (1 trial per person)
- Winnings paid out that evening
- Raffle:
- We are seeking member-donated baskets, gift certificates, etc. to raffle during the banquet as we have in the past. We appreciate the donations members contribute that allow us to finish off the league with a fun raffle. All money collected is used solely for the league and its activities. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase upon arrival at the meeting.
- As we did at the opening social, those contributing a raffle item will receive 6 free raffle tickets.
- Cost of tickets will be 6 tickets for $10 and 15 tickets for $20
- Leadership End of Year Update and Elections:
- Leadership end of year review includes: season wrap-up, financial statement, points payouts, announcement of fun night winners and tournament winners
- Leadership Team elections: Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and Scorekeeper

ALL REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:
- If paying by VENMO – deadline is Wednesday, August 19th
- If paying by cash or check – deadline is Tuesday, August 11th (at last night of league)
